There are no returns on COVID-19 items. Defective merchandise can be replaced within 30 days for an exchange subject to defective merchandise shipped back at buyer’s expense. There is absolutely no return on Hand Sanitizers of any kind.

Warranty Disclaimer/Limitation of Liability
SaniTxdoes not provide any warranty for the goods it supplies, but shall pass through any transferable manufacturer's standard warranties. SaniTxexcludes and disclaims all other express and implied warranties, including, but not limited to, all implied warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, in no event, whether in contract, warranty, indemnity, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence), strict liability or otherwise, shall SaniTx or its affiliates be liable for (a) Any incidental, indirect, punitive, special, consequential, or similar damages, even if such damages were foreseeable or caused by SaniTx (b) Any claim that properly is a claim against the manufacturer, or (c) Any amount exceeding the amount paid for goods that are subject of such claim(s). All claims must be brought within one year of accrual of cause of action.
Public Sector Employees
Free Gift with Purchase and Buy One, Get One promotions are not available to public sector employees.
Restocking & Cancellation Fees
Refused or cancelled Extended Inventory orders are subject to restocking fees and return freight charges. Cancellation fees may apply on quoted volume, customized, or non-catalog items.
To help promote safety and comply with right-to-know legislation, manufacturers publish Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for some of the products we sell. MSDS are now being called Safety Data Sheets (SDS), according to the federal Hazard Communication Standard. You can find SDS on the item detail page on the manufacturer’s website you can call Customer Service at 206-489-7676 to request a copy.

CA Prop 65 known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, aims to protect drinking water sources and California citizens from exposure to chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
Replacement Part Information
The term "replacement" is used for all items that are direct replacements for original equipment manufacturers' (OEM) products.
The replacement parts are not made by the original manufacturers but are instead replacement parts that are manufactured by other companies. The trademarks and/or trade names of the original equipment manufacturers are used only for identifying the original brand-name equipment.
Changes in market conditions, increases in delivery costs, and fluctuations in the commodity market may require us to adjust our prices on select items from time to time. In the event there is a price change, we will inform you of the adjusted price before you complete your order. Some products may only be eligible for tiered pricing regardless of contract pricing terms.
Local Codes and Permission
Because of different local requirements, it is the responsibility of the customer to understand and comply with all local building codes before installing any item identified as meeting code. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain all necessary permissions for use of any logos, text, graphics, or images on custom products SaniTx produces. SaniTx reserves the right to reject any custom order at its discretion.

Handling Fee on Orders Under $100
Effective January 1, 2020, there is a $25 handling fee for orders of less than $150.
